Q: Why did processing fail?

A: Please check the Logs page for specific error messages. Common reasons include: source files moved or deleted, no write permission for the output directory, or corrupted source files.

Q: Mobile upload cannot connect?

A: Ensure both your phone and computer are connected to the same Wi-Fi network (Local Area Network). If your computer has a firewall enabled, try allowing the software through the firewall.

Q: How to improve processing speed?
